Tom has held past positions as a biologist for the US Fish and Wildlife Service, as well as a private Environmental Consultant and has been a professional eco-tour guide for more than 15 years! His introduction to tour guiding at the age of 14 instilled a life long quest to expand his ecological awareness, with the intent to share with others. Tom has traveled across most of the US conducting biological field work while living in a van, a truck, and a sailboat, gaining experience with the biodiversity of the entire country. His adventures have taught him a view of the ecosystems and wildlife communities that we look forward to sharing with you at Ecotonic Tours!
